A small group of educators will be selected to participate in the in-person Educator Tour Program. You must submit an online application to be considered for the in-person program and abide by campus COVID-19 guidelines in preparation for being allowed on campus. To maintain the health and safety of our campus community and guests, please note the following changes to the 2024 Educator Tour Program: This year's program will be limited to educators from California schools/colleges.

This invitation-only event gives educators the opportunity to explore UC Merced and learn why our beautiful campus could be the right fit for your students!
The Educator Tour includes two separate programs:

Apply for the 2024 Educator Tour Program
The application period for our 2024 Educator Tour Program is now open. The application deadline for the community college program has been extended to January 5, 2024.
Travel and Expenses
Our goal is to confirm all travel and lodging details with approved attendees by January 5, 2024.
Please note: UC Merced will cover lodging and approved travel expenses for our guests. Travel arrangements will be made at the discretion of UC Merced. If you are selected for the program, a UC Merced representative will discuss travel plans with you.
