Inside UC Merced Overnight Program Form

Current On-Campus UC Merced Students, would you like to host a student who has been admitted to UC Merced for Fall 2023?

As an Inside UC Merced Host, you will have the opportunity to:

• Introduce your student to other UC Merced students

• Attend classes together

• Participate in student events or activities together

• Introduce your student to residential life and the dining commons

• Most importantly, introduce your student to UC Merced

Contingent on your roommate’s approval, you will host a student for a period of 24 hours on campus.

If you would like to host a student, please complete the Inside UC Merced Host Form below:

Any resident who hosts an Inside UC Merced participant will receive a $25 gift card for the first individual you host. For each additional student you host, you will be entered into an opportunity drawing to win a gift basket valued at $200 of UC Merced swag!

Also, hosts interested in participating in the Inside UC Merced program will need to attend a mandatory host meeting:

• Date: March 16^th, 23^rd or 30^th
• Time: 5:00 pm
• Location: Welcome Center (Administration Building, Room 155)
